You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of our images, designs or written content without our prior written permission. Custom designs created for individual customers are for personal use only. We retain copyright of the design drafts unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Product Description & Material Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes and materials accurately. However, slight color differences may exist due to screen display differences. All jewelry materials are described honestly. We use sterling silver, brass, gold plating and simulated gemstones as listed. All products are nickel-free and lead-safe. Our jewelry is not fine precious metal or natural gemstone unless explicitly stated on the product page. 

Limitation of Liability

JL Design Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising from the use of purchased jewelry, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions. Customers with metal allergies are responsible for reviewing material information before purchase. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order. 

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to update, modify or revise our policies, product descriptions and pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect once published on our website.
