This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at JL Design Jewelry. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing & Production Time We offer two types of jewelry: ready-to-ship items and custom-made jewelry. - Ready-to-ship items: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. - Custom jewelry: Production normally takes 10–15 business days after design confirmation and payment. Custom orders require design confirmation before production starts. Production timeline may be extended for complex custom requests. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. 

2. Shipping & Delivery All orders are shipped from China to the United States. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7–14 business days after shipment is dispatched. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues or unexpected events. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may track your shipment using the provided tracking link. 

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Standard shipping rate: $6 for orders below the free shipping threshold. Free standard shipping to the United States on all orders over $99. 

4. Customs & Import Duties Shipments are delivered from China to the US. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may be charged by US customs authorities. We do not cover customs-related charges. 

 5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and damaged goods for claim assessment. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery to your shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

6. Order Modifications & Address Changes Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes are only allowed before the order is shipped or before custom production begins. Once shipped or production starts, address changes cannot be made.
